The Inspection Support Network™ Engineering Team is pleased to announce the release of version 4.0.11 of the ISN available immediately in your installation of the Inspection Support Network™.

This version has several new features:

  • A “default” fee amount was added into the fee grid for managing fee values (if desired; leave at zero (0) if no default fees are desired).
    Update a Fee
  • The conceptual idea of a “default” fee was added into the order process to add pricing clarity to the ordering system.
  • If your ISN has been setup with price-per-square foot (see the administration section) the order process will now estimate the base fee of the inspection for you during the order process. Click on the link to activate the fee amount.

  • We updated several challenges with the address verification system for clients and agents. Some addresses were not verifying properly and some maps were not drawing successfully. This has been successfully repaired.

Yes, according to the Federal Electronic Signature Statute, Title 15, USC Chapter 96, Section 7001, you are able to accept an electronic signature as long as you maintain the requirements set forth by this Federal ruling and the rulings of your local government.

Are the PDFs eInspections™ Generates Secure?

Yes, the PDF files eInspections™ creates are secured using Adobe’s Password Security model. Therefore, you cannot change or modify the PDF unless you know the password for the document. You can change this password inside of eInspections by clicking on Customize and then Company Settings, next, select the Report Settings tab and select the PDF Options tab. In this page you can select the PDF Encryption Password for your inspections.
