The Inspection Support Network™ Engineering Team is pleased to announce the release of version 4.0.12 of the ISN available immediately in your installation of the Inspection Support Network™.

This version has several new features:

• This version has several new features and the pre-release of the agent and customer online scheduling system to be released on 4/2/2008 as v4.0.13.
• This version adds the email template system. Each office can now add their own email templates for creating exciting and content rich emails for use in marketing and report delivery.
  
• The email templates include the ability to quickly insert custom fields and import fields placing you, the company owner in control of the content the ISN sends to your clients.
  
• Each release over the next week will add new uses for email templates. This release includes changes to the Send an Email component allowing you to select what templates to use. This update also includes changes to the email sending system to allow for easier use of adding email addresses. Now email addresses can be separated with spaces, commas or semi colons. No more fancy syntax; just enter the email address and hit send:
  
• The new Manage My Office section for owners adds more configurations and customization options over version 4.0.11 including options for the upcoming online schedule system and default email templates:
• This version is the pre-release of the online scheduling system so you will see options under administration for configuring your online scheduler.
