The Inspection Support Network™ Engineering Team is pleased to announce the release of version 4.0.14 of the ISN available immediately in your installation of the Inspection Support Network™.
This version has several new features:
- The initial release of email containers
- The initial release of email containers

Most emails sent on the ISN come from templates. Email Templates are email messages or text with special variables in them so a single template can be used over and over again. A template might have a variable for the address of an inspection in it. When the email is sent this special variable is replaced in the email with the address of the inspection. This allows you to write an email once and used it for every single inspection.
Emails can also be wrapped with what the ISN calls an Email Container. An Email Container is usually a wrapper where a company of an office will add their own custom logo or custom header and footer.
Thus, emails on the ISN are usually generated from Email Templates which are placed into an Email Container.
