The Inspection Support Network™ Engineering Team is pleased to announce the release of version 4.0.15 of the ISN available immediately in your installation of the Inspection Support Network™.
This release adds the much anticipated email event system as well as a updated way to deliver agreements to your clients.
The email event system allows you to setup email events to occur throughout your system. If you want to send out an email to the client five minutes after you added an order to the system or maybe you want to send the buyer’s agent an email two days after an inspection. The Email Events allow you to build these events. Quickly see what emails are ready to go out and even put a stop to one of the emails.
The new Agreement system allows you to edit your agreements online on the ISN without having to have knowledge of fillable PDF forms. The new system sends links to the consumers/clients and allows them to view their pre-inspection agreement online using their web browser. This will stop the challenges you may have experienced with clients/customers not having correct PDF software. Additionally, our engineering staff has gone to great lengths to make sure we protect the content of your agreement.
