Your company key is the value used to access both your eInspections™ license as well as your ISN. Every company has their own unique company key and this company key tells eInspections™ and the Inspection Support Network™ what company you are from.
Your company key is setup when you start using eInspections™ or the Inspection Support Network™ and will never change.
When you call to setup eInspections™ or the Inspection Support Network™ you are more than welcome to request a specific company key from us; if that key is not already in use you are welcome to have it. Company Keys are always in lower case and never contain spaces or special characters (only lower case letters and numbers).
