The Inspection Support Network™ Engineering Team is pleased to announce the release of version 4.0.19 of the ISN available immediately in your installation of the Inspection Support Network™.
This release adds two components to the ISN:
- Order / Inspection Filtering
- Default Agreements
Order filtering is a new concept in the ISN which allows you to quickly filter inside of each “grid” (we view the “grids” as the tables where you preview information such as orders, inspections, agents or clients). Filtering allows you to quickly “filter” out specific information. In this release we welcome filtering into the order grid. This grid now allows you to filter by “all inspections”, “completed inspections” and “incomplete inspections.” To apply the filter just click on the button.

The ISN now supports a default agreement for your company. Some of our inspectors have multiple inspection agreements so if the concept of having more than one agreement is foriegn to you do not worry about this new feature. For those of you who have multiple agreements you are now able to set a “default” agreement. This is important for those using Email Events. Historically the ISN has had trouble understand what agreement you want to send via an Email Event. Allowing you to set a default agreement fixes this challenge. You can set a default agreement by clicking on Administration and then Agreements and click on the red indicator button next to your default agreement. Next time you send an email via your Email Events the ISN will now know what agreement you would prefer to use (this is only valid if you are using the “agreement links” in the ISN).
If you have questions on Email Events, Filtering or Agreements in the ISN please contact us and let us help you with your settings.
