The Inspection Support Network™ Engineering Team is pleased to announce the release of version 4.0.20 of the ISN available immediately in your installation of the Inspection Support Network™.
This release of the ISN provides the following updates and features:
- Provides the ability to remove, from view, some of the columns in the Inspection Grid/Viewer
- In this release of the ISN we offer a glimpse of our new graphing system and the first peak at some of the new graphs coming to your ISN as it continues its rapid growth
- In this release we also offer the start of our help system, which is growing daily
- We have added a new system for reporting on your top agents and the ability to look at the agent retention in your business
First, we offer you the ability to remove from view some of the columns in your inspection viewer. If you click on Administration and then on Manage Office you will see the second tab is now called Office Options. Inside this tab you can disable four of the columns on the Inspection grid.
On the front page of the ISN you will note different graphs. These graphs are being delivered from a new graphing library we have developed on the ISN. This library will allow us to quickly add informative graphs in every section of the ISN. Our goal is to provide you quick, concise and thought-out visual references of your business throughout each area of the ISN.
In this release we add “Help” to the menu. The new help system shows you our email address, phone number for support as well as functions for allowing you to search and quickly see new articles on the ISN.
Finally, we added an Agent Reporting system under Reports and then Agent Reports. This screen will show you the top agents in your business, including the agents from the Year to Date, as well as Agent Retention graphs.
