		<description>Thank you for this info.  Are most white list instruction easy to navigate?  Is there instructions on how to add to a white list to give to a client maybe over the phone so that the email doesn&#039;t get blocked?  Thank you for all you do!</description>

		<description>This is very helpful information.  I have used this with clients many times.  It has calmed even the most upset client when they find my email in their SPAM folder.  Hesitant at first, they agree to look and most times say &quot;Oh, there it is, thanks&quot;.</description>
