The Inspection Support Network™ Engineering Team is pleased to announce the release of version 4.1.1 of the ISN available immediately in your installation of the Inspection Support Network™.
This release of the ISN provides a new feature for emailing reports, updates for Canada and Email Events:
- Report Emailing – you are now able to email out a report from the ISN as a link instead of emailing the entire report
- Agreements for Completed Inspections – you are now able to email out an agreement for a completed inspection (you can control how long you want this feature to be used for as well)
- Mileage Tracking – the mileage tracking system now supports Canada’s tax system
- Email Events – additional updates were made to the email system regarding removing events from the queue
Report Emailing
You can now email out a report from the ISN as a link instead of an email attachment. This works great for large reports; allow your clients to download your report from the Internet instead of their email inbox. Some inspectors have reported clients with email attachment restrictions; do not worry about this any more for large reports. Now, send them the report as a link; they can open up the report directly from the Internet!

Agreements for Completed Inspections
You can now control how long agreements are available after an inspection is finished. Click on Settings and then Manage Office and then the Options tab for more information on extending your agreements out beyond an inspection’s date and time. Mileage Tracking
If you are in Canada our mileage tracking system now supports your revenue system. No changes are necessary; the benefits are immediately available in the track miles system.
