Our technical team is pleased to launch version 4.1.7 of the ISN available right now! This version adds two features to the ISN:
- It adds a list of inspections to each agent’s information page so you can see what inspections a particular agent has done with you in one glance.
- Additionally, it updates the Agent “grid” showing you how many inspections an agent has done right in the list of agents (even sort by the number of Inspections).
To see the new information click on Clients/Agents, then on Agents and click on any agents to view their information:
You will see a new section entitled Inspections where you will find a list of all of the inspections this Agent has been affiliated with:

All I can say is wow! I have only been working with the ISN system for a week (testing making sure it will work for me) and can tell that the ISN system is going to save me so much time and keep me very organized. I havn’t even scratched the surface of the potential that the ISN can give me and yet the ISN system is amazing. Chris thank you for all your help and support to get the system set up the way I want it. Your team is great at implementing my suggestions, wants and needs (guickly I might add). I am sorry to say, for selfish reasons, I will not recommend the ISN to my local competition (why help them out?) but I will recommend this to some of my Termite buddies and spread the news on the iNACHI message board. Keep up the good work. Looking forward the next version of the ISN.
