The ISN engineering team is pleased to offer you the latest release of the ISN: Build 2248. This release will be made available to you over the next 48 hours. You will know you have been upgraded when you see the new login screen or you see Build 2248 in the footer of your ISN. Here is a list of features you can expect from this build:

Updated Home Page and Login Screen
We have created a completely new home page allowing you to quickly login from the home page of the ISN without clicking login. The legacy login page is still available, however, you can login right from the home page. You will also notice weather information for your company as well.
New Login System
We have created a completely new login system for the ISN — you will notice a new transition screen while the ISN logged you in. This update was necessary for new features coming to the ISN later in 2009!
Password Saving
The ISN will now save your password for you — type your password once and save it to your computer. There are some risks to saving your password but inspectors across the country were asking for this feature — here you go!
New order system available
We are very pleased to release the newly re-modeled order system. This order system has been re-designed to provide a faster order entry; better access to agent information; faster access to calendering and schedule blocking; and on-time browser loads to speed up your entire order process. Check out our order form overview video which talks about the new order system!
Add any file or folder to your ISN
You can now add your own files and folders to the ISN. Upload office documents, forms, PDF files, Word documents. Whatever file you would like! You can watch our walk-through video on the process of adding your own files and folders!
Agent Teams
Some of our inspectors requested the ability to track a team of agents. You can now do this by adding your agents to teams. You’ll see the team addition in the order form and in the new agent editor. More features involving the teams will appear soon. You can also checkout the new feature in our overview video.
Invoice system
You are now able to send invoices to your clients for your inspections. Even edit your invoice template. You can even send a partial invoice to an Agent and a partial invoice to a client!
Agent Birthdays
You are now able to set the birthdays for any of your agents and receive an alert with the agent information the day of the agent’s birthday. This is great for marketing! You can edit this information in the Agent editor.
Define Active Agents
You can now define what agents are “active” — you can control what an active agent is. An active agent is someone who has used your company within X days where you can define the X value: 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year.
Define Active Agencies
You can now define what agencies are “active” — you can control what an active agent is and when one active agent is associated with an agency it will display and show that agency as active.
Updated Agent editor
We have completely redesigned the agent editor for faster editing with better help.
BCC on email events
You can now add email addresses to your Email Events so you can be copied on the events as you desire. To add your email address to the email event click on Email and then on Email Events. Edit the email event you desire and add any email address to the BCC field.
Speed Enhancements
We have added significant technology to the ISN to help improve delivery speed to your browser.
Instant Weather Information
You can now see the weather information for your office on your home page.
Updated Office Settings

Fast Clickable maps and Quick Fee breakdown
You can now access fast clickable maps in the order, agent and agency grids. Additionally, you can now see a quick fee-breakdown of the order just by clicking on the price in the order grid.
