ISN Update – Build 2259

Our engineering team is pleased to release to you ISN Build 2259.  This release is available to you immediately in your ISN.  Build 2259 adds these new features to the ISN:

  • You now have the ability to un-delete agents from your ISN.
  • You now have the ability to un-delete clients from your ISN.
  • You now have the ability to un-delete agencies from your ISN.
  • The ability to filter out log entries from your system log.

Un-delete Agents

If you accidentally delete an agent from the ISN you are easily able to un-delete them.  To un-delete an agent click on Clients / Agents on the menu and then on Agents. Next, click on View Deleted Agents. From here you can un-delete any agent.

Un-delete Agencies

If you accidentally delete an agency from the ISN you are easily able to un-delete them. To un-delete an agency click on Clients / Agents on the menu and then on Agencies. Next, click on View Deleted Agencies. From here you can un-delete any agency.

Un-delete Clients

If you accidentally delete a client from the ISN you are easily able to un-delete them. To un-delete a client click on Clients / Agents on the menu and then on Clients. Next, click on View Deleted Clients. From here you can un-delete any client.

Filtering the System Log

You are now able to filter items in the system log by selecting one of the filters in the top portion of the system log. The company logs can be quite long so this allows you to filter out particular entries based on time.isn-system-log-available-filters
