Our team is pleased to announce the release of ISN Build 2287 today. The new build has new features, new additions and some great office tools for you to use! Here is a list of the new features, updates, and additions:

• Quickly link an agent’s address to their agency’s address
• Ability to remove an agency during the order process
• Fax any PDF document from the ISN in just two clicks
• Referral tracking in your order process
• Inspection Type tracking in your order process
• Update to the menu system to help balance the Settings menu
• Ability to use the 3D Inspection System with the ISN

You can now use the 3D Inspection System with the ISN. All of the information you capture on the ISN can now be automatically added into the 3D Inspection System using the remote manager. Here is an overview video showing the use of the ISN with 3D:

Our engineering team is pleased to announce ISN Build 2275 available over the next 48 hours for you. This update adds new features and updates existing items for you. Here is a list of the new features and updates:

• Added Fill-In Forms System: let the ISN fill out form-fillable PDF files for you
• Updated the Active Agent and Active Agency system to always show you the last activity date
• Added the ability to remove an inspection file when viewing an inspection
• Added the ability for you to control your reason for canceling an inspection – now you can define the reasons for canceling
• Added the ability for you to quickly remove agents from your ISN using our new Fast Agent Delete system
• Added the ability for you to quickly remove clients from your ISN using our new Fast Client Delete system
• Added additional information to your “inspector” information: license type, license number and county

The ISN engineering team is pleased to bring you Build 2269 today which offers a few new features. Build 2269 will be rolled out throughout the day; here is a list of the new features:

• Inspection Note Macros – quickly and easily add common notes to your inspection orders with just a click.
• Re-Order Any Inspection – you now have the option in your office settings to add the re-order icon to all of your inspections (regardless if they are complete inspections or not)
• Additional Invoice Templates – we have added two additional invoice templates which will replace the invoice number with your report numbers

Our team is pleased to announce the release of Build 2267 of the ISN. This build adds a new faxing system, ability to delete property photos, an updated invoice system and other enhancements throughout.

We will be rolling out this release over the next 48 hours… you can always reference your build number on the bottom of your ISN.

We have added a new faxing system into the ISN — here is a quick overview of it use for faxing reports. We will be adding fax support in for attachments soon as well so stay tuned for even more fax support in the upcoming weeks!
