This video will walk you through the process of setting up the Online Schedule System.
Connect your website to your ISN and accept inspection orders from your website and directly utilizing the power of the ISN.

Order ID Numbers and eInspections

The ISN tracks all of your inspections through a number we call the Order ID Number (or OID). This number is unqiue to every inspection and is visible to you on the ISN on the list of inspections. Click on Inspections and then View Inspections and you will see the list of inspections for your company. On the right hand side of the list you will see a column marked OID. This is the Order ID for the inspection.

Next, inside of eInspections™ you can open your inspection and click on ISN and then on either Edit the ISN Order ID Number for this Inspection or Force this Inspection to be an ISN-based Inspection you will see a dialog box which will ask what OID number to attach this inspection.

Enter the OID from the ISN and now you have linked the inspection you are working on in eInspections™ with the Order on the ISN. When you are ready click on ISN and then on Generate an ISN Transfer Package for this Inspection and you will be ready to send your inspection to the ISN.

Inspector Notification of Website Order

If you’re using the ISN Online Scheduler on your website you now have the option to receive automatic email notifications every time someone orders a new inspection through your website. This allows you the flexibility of calling back while you are in the field to finalize information on the inspection if you so desire. Of course as with all of the email templates, you can always edit the verbiage and information as you choose within the template.

ISN Update – Build 2325

The ISN technical team is pleased to announce the release of ISN Build 2325 available in your ISN in the next 24 hours. Build 2325 addresses many updates and adds new features to your Inspection Support Network™. Here is a list of the updates in Build 2325:

You can now send mass emails to your clients and agents
Use Agent Categories to define roles for your agents and divide your agents into customizable groups for emails and reports
You can easily send attachments via email — make sure you check your email templates for sending attachments before using
Quickly create mailing labels now from the ISN using Microsoft Word
You are now able to add personal messages when emailing reports or attachments
Email events will now send to agents who have multiple email addresses
Almost all of the videos available on this support blog have been linked inside of the ISN for convenience

Mass Emails
You are now able to send mass emails directly from the ISN. You can send emails to a group of agents or your clients. Emails are created using the email template system and sent easily by clicking on Email and then on My Mass Mails. For more information please see our overview video on mass emailing.

Agent Categories
You are now able to create agent categories to help group your agents for emailing, reporting and label creation. For more information about agent categories see our overview video.

Emailing Attachments
You are now able to email attachments directly from the ISN. When you view an attachment from the Inspection Grid you are now able to send the attachment via email. This comes in handy for addendum reports, radon reports or any other attachment you may place on the Inspection Support Network™. Please Note: the attachments are emailed using new templates available for you in your Email templates section and you can adjust the settings for attachment emailing by visiting Settings and then My Office Settings. Select the Email tab and you will see the new Email Template settings for attachments.

Create Mailing Labels via Microsoft Word
You are now able to generate mailing labels via the ISN if you have access to Microsoft Word. Use the ISN to create a file specifically for a mail merge in Microsoft Office. Use Microsoft Word to generate great looking labels in a manner of minutes! For more information on this see our overview video on mailing labels.

Personalize your Emails
You are now able to personalize your report and attachment emails by adding your own personal message. To add your personal message make sure you have a %message% replacement value in your email template and turn on the system by clicking on Settings and then on My Office Settings. Next, click on General Options and then look for Display Options:

Display Names

The Inspection Support Network™ has made it easier than ever to choose the way you want your client and Realtor® names to appear in outgoing emails as well as throughout your ISN. Do they have a designation you would like to acknowledge? Would you prefer their information to be Ms., Mr. or Mrs instead of less formal first names? No problem;

When you input your agent’s information, in the “First Name” field, you will type John. Then in the “Last Name” field type Doe as an example. However, in the “Display Name” you will type Mr. Doe, CRS, GRI.

You will follow this same procedure for your client’s name, if you desire, when taking your inspection order information. Simply type in the “First Name” field Sally. Then as before in the “Last Name” field you will type; Smith. In the “Display Name” you would enter “Ms. Sally“.

Next, when you create your email templates you use the Display Name replacement value for your clients and agents! (ex Dear %clientdisplayname%,)
