Our technical team is pleased to announce the immediate availability of version 4.1.6 of the Inspection Support Network™. This release adds new features and adds power to the great features you are used to from the ISN. Here is what you can expect from version 4.1.6:

You now have the ability to send emails using your Email Templates on demand

Quickly track your Real Estate Agent’s birthdays and let the ISN remind you when an agent’s birthday arrives

Added quick access links for sending inspection agreements to both clients and agents

Manually Send Email Templates to your Agents and Clients

You now have the ability to send your email templates out on demand per inspection. To do this first, you must enable this feature in your settings. Click on Settings and then Manage Office, select the Office Options tab and you will notice the new check box which will state: Show the Manual Email Template Sending Option on the Inspection Grid.

Now on the Inspection Grid you will have a new option to send email templates manually:

Now you can send any email template to anyone in the transaction or any email address.

Agent Birthdays

When an agent’s birthday is “today” the system will remind you with a pop-up reminder. The reminder is not just a simple reminder but rather has pertinent information such as the number of inspections this particular agent has performed with your company in total and in the last six months giving you the information you need fast.

Our technical team is pleased to announce the immediate availability of version 4.1.5 of the Inspection Support Network™. This release adds new features and adds powers to the great features you are used to from the ISN. Some of the features were added to this ISN based on ideas from our inspectors so please keep those ideas coming into our office! We are busily building YOUR tools! Feel free to comment as well by clicking the comment link below!

Here is what you can expect from version 4.1.5:

You can now search by the client’s name or the client’s phone number in the inspection grid. The Inspection Grid is the list of inspections you see when you click on Inspections and then on View Inspections.

You can now choose to see the client’s name and the client’s phone number in the inspection grid

You will now see Property Photos on the Inspection grid if you use eInspections™ OR if you choose to upload property photos… thus…

You are now able to upload Property Photos (if desired)

Ability to re-upload or re-complete Inspections via the ISN (without the Remote Manager)

Report thumbnails when emailing or viewing the report

Attachment thumbnails when emailing or viewing attachments

You can now email inspection attachments along with the report (if desired)

A few organizational changes on the Inspection grid (date/time are stacked on top of each other to save space as an example)

Faster load times across the entire ISN (about 10% faster)

View and Search by Client’s Name or Client’s Phone Number
You can now search by a client’s name or client’s phone number in the inspection grid. If you want to see the client’s name and phone number in the inspection grid you can change these options by clicking on Settings and then on Manage my Office. Next, click on the Options tab (second tab) and then look for Display Options.

Property Photos
If you have eInspections™ you do not have to do anything new; continue using eInspections™ and you will find the property photos in the ISN. If you are not using eInspections™ you can quickly upload the front photo of the house to give you a quick reference when you are viewing the inspections.

Report and Attachment Thumbnails
You will now see report thumbnails to quickly remind you of the property and report when you are emailing a report or attachments. Also, you will now see thumbnails of all of the attachments in the system as well. If you upload a scan of a check from a client you will see a small preview / thumbnail of the attachment when you are viewing or emailing attachments and reports.

Emailing Attachments with Reports
You can now email attachments with reports. You will note a new checkbox in the email screen stating Include Attachments from this Inspection Order. Select his checkbox and then select what attachments you would like to send with the report email. Also, you will notice on the email screen a preview of the report and the attachments.

Complete Inspections Twice?
You can now re-complete an inspection (or essentially re-upload an inspection). This is helpful if you are not using the Remote Manager and you need to upload your report again after you make a change or add information such as radon data to a past report!

As always; if you have any questions please call us directly at (800) 700-8112! Again, feel free to comment as well by clicking the comment link below!

To add this to an inspector’s profile you should click on Administration and then on User Administration. Edit the inspector you wish to add this feature to; scroll down to the bottom of the screen and check the “Manually Complete Inspection” box and then click the Update User button to update the user’s profile.

Next time the inspector logs in they will be able to manually complete inspections.

The Inspection Support Network™ Engineering Team is pleased to announce the release of version 4.1.4 of the ISN available immediately in your installation of the Inspection Support Network™.

Rename your Inspection Grid Columns - now control the name of the columns on your Inspection Grid

Home Page Update for Inspectors - quick glance view of your week on the home page

Updated Online Customer Ordering System - updates to help customers ordering inspections from your website

Updated Report and Attachment Uploading - updates to add new technology for report and attachment uploading

You can now rename some of the columns on your inspection grid. From Settings, click on Manage My Office and then Office Options: rename any of the four status columns to your company’s needs.

Home Page Update for Inspectors
If you are an inspector in your company’s system you will now see a “weekly” calendar on your home page showing you a quick look at inspections you have for this week.

Updated Online Customer Ordering System
The online customer schedule system received a maintenance update to help clients who get distracted during the ordering process. The online order system used to work similar to your online bank account. If you are “idle” for too long it will automatically log out you. The online order system no longer suffers from this. As long as the client remains connected to the Internet they can be away from the computer as long as desired and return to your online order form and continue without challenges.

Updated Report Uploading
A new report upload system was added for both Reports and Attachments. The new upload system provides better feedback during the upload and will work great across all of the browsers (IE, FireFox, Chrome, Safari).
