The BEST news is you can add your company to this list for free.

To add yourself or you company to Google Local just follow these easy steps:

• Browse to www.google.com/local/add
• Sign in to your Google Account (if you have one) -OR- create a free Google Account
• Next, add your company to the Google Local search by clicking on the Add a New Listing link

Our team is pleased to announce the release of Build 2267 of the ISN. This build adds a new faxing system, ability to delete property photos, an updated invoice system and other enhancements throughout.

We will be rolling out this release over the next 48 hours… you can always reference your build number on the bottom of your ISN.

We have added a new faxing system into the ISN — here is a quick overview of it use for faxing reports. We will be adding fax support in for attachments soon as well so stay tuned for even more fax support in the upcoming weeks!

Our engineering team is pleased to release to you ISN Build 2259.  This release is available to you immediately in your ISN.  Build 2259 adds these new features to the ISN:

• You now have the ability to un-delete agents from your ISN.
• You now have the ability to un-delete clients from your ISN.
• You now have the ability to un-delete agencies from your ISN.
• The ability to filter out log entries from your system log.

Our engineering team is pleased to bring ISN Build 2258 to you today. This build includes new features:

• Agent Merging: you can now merge duplicate agents into a single agent. Please check out our overview video on agent merging for more information.
• Agents who belong to deleted agencies: you will now be prompted on the agent grid and in the order process if the agency your agent belongs to has been removed.
  
• Numerous updates throughout the system to add better help messages.
  
• Those of you who prefer to run your ISN in secure mode you may have experienced minor challenges when inside the order process or when viewing agents depending on your browser. These issues have been cleared up in Build 2258.

Many of you have accidentally added two agents who are the same person; this is easy to do if you are moving through your order process quickly (or if an agent changes their email address and uses the online order form with their new address).  Now there is a way to merge multiple agents into a single agent.  Click on Clients/Agents and then on Agents; look for the Merge Multiple Agents button and you can merge them down.  Read more of this article to view the walk through video.

Our engineering team is pleased to release Build 2251 of the ISN which addresses a few items:

• This release adds a new item to the Office (under Settings and then Manage My Office) called Weather Location (or Weather ID) – this allows all of our non-United States inspectors to personalize their weather (please note: this is only relative to our inspectors who reside outside of the United States)
• Addresses an issues with expiring reports; this build should help any inspectors experiencing problems with expiring reports.
