Many of you have accidentally added two agents who are the same person; this is easy to do if you are moving through your order process quickly (or if an agent changes their email address and uses the online order form with their new address). Now there is a way to merge multiple agents into a single agent. Click on Clients/Agents and then on Agents; look for the Merge Multiple Agents button and you can merge them down. Question: How do I download my agents list to use in my email program?
Answer: When you click on Clients/Agents and then on Agents you will see a button above the “grid” which will allow you to quickly download all of your agents. Keep in mind you will need special privileges to do this. If you do not see the Download button you will need to get permission from your manager. (managers: you will need to add this privilege to their account by clicking on Administration and then on User Administration and edit their account. Next, add the “Upload/Download Agent List” privilege to their account!)
