Our technical team is pleased to launch version 4.1.7 of the ISN available right now! This version adds two features to the ISN:

• It adds a list of inspections to each agent’s information page so you can see what inspections a particular agent has done with you in one glance.
• Additionally, it updates the Agent “grid” showing you how many inspections an agent has done right in the list of agents (even sort by the number of Inspections).

Our technical team is pleased to announce the immediate availability of version 4.1.6 of the Inspection Support Network™. This release adds new features and adds power to the great features you are used to from the ISN. Here is what you can expect from version 4.1.6:

• You now have the ability to send emails using your Email Templates on demand
• Quickly track your Real Estate Agent’s birthdays and let the ISN remind you when an agent’s birthday arrives
• Added quick access links for sending inspection agreements to both clients and agents

Our technical team is pleased to announce the immediate availability of version 4.1.5 of the Inspection Support Network™. This release adds new features and adds powers to the great features you are used to from the ISN. Some of the features were added to this ISN based on ideas from our inspectors so please keep those ideas coming into our office! Here is what you can expect from version 4.1.5:

• You can now search by the client’s name or the client’s phone number in the inspection grid. The Inspection Grid is the list of inspections you see when you click on Inspections and then on View Inspections.
• You can now choose to see the client’s name and the client’s phone number in the inspection grid
• You will now see Property Photos on the Inspection grid if you use eInspections™ OR if you choose to upload property photos… thus…
• You are now able to upload Property Photos (if desired)
• Ability to re-upload or re-complete Inspections via the ISN (without the Remote Manager)
• Report thumbnails when emailing or viewing the report
• Attachment thumbnails when emailing or viewing attachments
• You can now email inspection attachments along with the report (if desired)
• A few organizational changes on the Inspection grid (date/time are stacked on top of each other to save space as an example)
• Faster load times across the entire ISN (about 10% faster)

The Inspection Support Network™ Engineering Team is pleased to announce the release of version 4.1.1 of the ISN available immediately in your installation of the Inspection Support Network™.

This release of the ISN provides a new feature for emailing reports, updates for Canada and Email Events:

• Report Emailing - you are now able to email out a report from the ISN as a link instead of emailing the entire report
• Agreements for Completed Inspections - you are now able to email out an agreement for a completed inspection (you can control how long you want this feature to be used for as well)
• Mileage Tracking - the mileage tracking system now supports Canada’s tax system
• Email Events - additional updates were made to the email system regarding removing events from the queue

The Inspection Support Network™ Engineering Team is pleased to announce the release of version 4.1.0 of the ISN available immediately in your installation of the Inspection Support Network™.

This release of the ISN provides a lot of new features as well as covering issues some of our inspectors have noticed; including but not limited to:

• Menu Layout - we have re-arranged our menu solution to better support our administrative users
• Payment system - you can now use the ISN to track payments on inspections
• Charge Credit Cards - if you use Authorize.net you can begin taking payments online using the ISN
• Track your Mileage - you can now track your mileage using the ISN (learn more)
• Online Scheduling - issues were repaired regarding the opportunity to experience a double booking in the online scheduler; double booking issues have been removed
• Email Events - issues have been addressed in the email event system to fix items regarding the delivery of certain email events
