• You can now send mass emails to your clients and agents
• Use Agent Categories to define roles for your agents and divide your agents into customizable groups for emails and reports

Mass Emails
You are now able to send mass emails directly from the ISN. You can send emails to a group of agents or your clients. Emails are created using the email template system and sent easily by clicking on Email and then on My Mass Mails. For more information please see our overview video on mass emailing.

Agent Categories
You are now able to create agent categories to help group your agents for emailing, reporting and label creation. For more information about agent categories see our overview video.

Emailing Attachments
You are now able to email attachments directly from the ISN. When you view an attachment from the Inspection Grid you are now able to send the attachment via email. This comes in handy for addendum reports, radon reports or any other attachment you may place on the Inspection Support Network™. Please Note: the attachments are emailed using new templates available for you in your Email templates section and you can adjust the settings for attachment emailing by visiting Settings and then My Office Settings. Select the Email tab and you will see the new Email Template settings for attachments.

Create Mailing Labels via Microsoft Word
You are now able to generate mailing labels via the ISN if you have access to Microsoft Word. Use the ISN to create a file specifically for a mail merge in Microsoft Office. Use Microsoft Word to generate great looking labels in a manner of minutes! For more information on this see our overview video on mailing labels.

Personalize your Emails
You are now able to personalize your report and attachment emails by adding your own personal message. To add your personal message make sure you have a %message% replacement value in your email template and turn on the system by clicking on Settings and then on My Office Settings. Next, click on General Options and then look for Display Options:

• We have added additional replacement values for your Email Templates
• We have made additional updates to both the agent and client merge system (thank you for your feedback)
• You can now control what you see when you view an inspection AND when you print an inspection
• You now have the ability to add your own controls/check boxes/text boxes/whatever you would like to your order form.

New Replacement Values
We have added new replacement values into your Email Template system; easily add Year Built, Square Feet, Cell Phones and Work Phones now!

Control Your View and Your Printing
You can now control exactly what you see when you view your inspections or print your inspections. For more information on this check out our overview video on adjusting your inspection view and print view.

Add your Own Controls/Fields
Ever wanted to add a drop down to your order form (did you know you could do that?) — before today you had to call our support number and have someone on our staff add that in for you. You can now add controls as you wish to your order form. Checkout our overview video on adding controls today!

Link an Agent’s Address to the Agency
You can now link an agent’s address directly to an agency. If the agency moves, you can edit the agency’s address and all of your agents are updated automatically.

Remove an Agency during the Order Process
Previously, the only way to remove an agency was to click on Clients/Agents and then on Agencies and then remove the agency manually. Now, during the order process you have the ability to remove an agency.

Fax a PDF to any US/Canda Fax Machine
We are continuously adding features that help you in the office in this build we have added document faxing to the ISN. Now in just a few clicks you can fax a PDF document directly from the ISN. Click on Tools and then Send a Fax to use the new fax system.

Referral Tracking
We have a new feature in the ISN that allows you to track who referred a particular client. This feature is NOT added to your ISN by default and you’ll need to contact us directly to have this added into your ISN. This features adds a new control to your order form so we want to make sure everyone has a choice on where they want this new control to appear. At Inspection Support we value the consistencies of your process and we do not want to add things into your environment unless you are at full choice. If you want to try it out give us a call and we’ll get it added into your ISN where you want it to appear.

Inspection Types
We have a new feature in the ISN that allows you to track what type of Inspection you are adding/scheduling. This feature is NOT added to your ISN by default and you’ll need to contact us directly to have this added into your ISN. This features adds a new control (drop down) to your order form so we want to make sure everyone has a choice on where they want this new control to appear. Settings Menu
The settings menu was getting a bit long so we have updated the menu to help you find the things you want to manage and update easier. If you have thoughts on the menu we are always interested in your comments!

3D Inspection System
We have added the 3D Inspection System to the ISN as a integrated report type similar to eInspections™. If you use 3D you can now get your jobs/scheduled imported into 3D automatically.

• Added Fill-In Forms System: let the ISN fill out form-fillable PDF files for you
• Updated the Active Agent and Active Agency system to always show you the last activity date
• Added the ability to remove an inspection file when viewing an inspection
• Added the ability for you to control your reason for canceling an inspection – now you can define the reasons for canceling
• Added the ability for you to quickly remove agents from your ISN using our new Fast Agent Delete system
• Added the ability for you to quickly remove clients from your ISN using our new Fast Client Delete system
• Added additional information to your “inspector” information: license type, license number and county

Fill-In Forms
The ISN now allows you to upload your own form-fillable PDF files and the ISN will fill them out for you for each inspection. Upload state forms, insurance forms, any PDF file which is “fillable” and let the ISN do the work for you. Let the system create PDF documents for you right at your finger tips. If you have multiple inspectors now you can continue to save them time while continuing to provide the presentation consistency you desire! Want to pass some of these filled forms to your real estate agents via email? We understand; stay tuned for the next wave of features for fill-in forms!

Active Agents and Active Agencies
We have updated the Active Agents and Active Agencies to show you the last activity date on the Agent and Agency grids. Now you can see the last true activity with the specific client or agent.

Ability to Remove an Inspection Report
You now have the ability to remove an inspection report from an inspection. In order to do this you must have permission to remove inspections in the user administration panel. If you do have access to remove the reports you can remove them individually by clicking on the delete icon in the “View Inspection” screen.

Reason for Canceling an Inspection
Now you can define what reasons your office will use for canceling an inspection. A pre-defined list has already been added into your ISN for you, however, now you can create new reasons, edit existing reasons or remove some of the pre-defined reasons. Just click on Settings and then on Manage Inspection Cancel Reasons.

Fast Agent & Client Delete
Many ISN users are collecting wonderful lists of agents in their systems; however the industry, in general, is causing some of us to desire some agent list clean up. We now allow you to quickly remove agents from your ISN using the new Fast Agent Delete system. Owners can click on Administration and then on either Fast Agent Delete or Fast Client Delete to use either system. NOTE: if you are an owner, keep in mind, at any time you can view the deleted agents or clients as well by clicking on Clients/Agents and then on Agents (or Clients), next look for the View Deleted button.

Added Additional Information
In this release we are offering more information about your own person licensing. If you are an inspector you can now add your license type and license number to “My Information” by clicking on Settings and then My Information. This information can be used in the new Fill-in Form system as well as the email system.

• Inspection Note Macros – quickly and easily add common notes to your inspection orders with just a click.
• Re-Order Any Inspection – you now have the option in your office settings to add the re-order icon to all of your inspections (regardless if they are complete inspections or not)
• Additional Invoice Templates – we have added two additional invoice templates which will replace the invoice number with your report numbers

Here is a detailed look at the updates:

Faxing System
We have added a new faxing system for sending reports via fax. You can now send a report to any fax machine in the USA with just a few clicks. Keep in mind a fax is always limited to only 150dpi so your photos may not look as perfect on the other end due to the quality of the fax protocol. As always we suggest email; however now you have the option for those clients or insurance agencies who prefer a fax. Watch our overview video for more information on the faxing system.

Removing Property Photos
If you do not use eInspections™ you have to manually insert your property photos. If you do this and you accidentally insert an incorrect photo you now have the ability to remove this photo. For more information on this please see our overview video.

Updated Invoice System
We released a new invoice system a few builds back but have experienced a lot of support issues with the invoice templates. We listened to your feedback and adjusted a lot of the invoicing system. You now can select from a few different invoice templates (available in your office settings). Additionally; we added more features and configuration options to allow you to select who is the Payor and what address is in use. Some even requested the ability to always show the client name; this is now available as well. If you have any questions on the new invoice system please let us know. Also; if you want a custom invoice template created let us know our engineers will create a GREAT looking invoice template for you and get it put into your ISN!

New Graphs!
This build of the ISN officially releases our new graphing library. We have been hard at work creating new visually appealing graphs for you and your company. Look for more graphs and new reports coming soon as well!


Disk Usage
Some of you may be curious how much information you actually have on your ISN. You can now look at this information if you have owner access to your Inspection Support Network™. To view this information click on Administration and then click on View ISN Storage. From here you can visually see how much “space” your information is taking as well as even order a physical backup of your information if you desire. Your information is safe with us; however, some inspectors and companies do like to order yearly backups of their information. You can now do this quickly and easily with the click of your mouse!

• You now have the ability to un-delete agents from your ISN.
• You now have the ability to un-delete clients from your ISN.
• You now have the ability to un-delete agencies from your ISN.
• The ability to filter out log entries from your system log.

Un-delete Agents

If you accidentally delete an agent from the ISN you are easily able to un-delete them.  To un-delete an agent click on Clients / Agents on the menu and then on Agents. Next, click on View Deleted Agents. From here you can un-delete any agent.

Un-delete Agencies

If you accidentally delete an agency from the ISN you are easily able to un-delete them. To un-delete an agency click on Clients / Agents on the menu and then on Agencies. Next, click on View Deleted Agencies. From here you can un-delete any agency.

Un-delete Clients

If you accidentally delete a client from the ISN you are easily able to un-delete them. To un-delete a client click on Clients / Agents on the menu and then on Clients. Next, click on View Deleted Clients. From here you can un-delete any client.

Filtering the System Log

You are now able to filter items in the system log by selecting one of the filters in the top portion of the system log. The company logs can be quite long so this allows you to filter out particular entries based on time.

• Agent Merging: you can now merge duplicate agents into a single agent. Please check out our overview video on agent merging for more information.
• Agents who belong to deleted agencies: you will now be prompted on the agent grid and in the order process if the agency your agent belongs to has been removed.
  
• Numerous updates throughout the system to add better help messages.
  
• Those of you who prefer to run your ISN in secure mode you may have experienced minor challenges when inside the order process or when viewing agents depending on your browser. These issues have been cleared up in Build 2258.

• This release adds a new item to the Office (under Settings and then Manage My Office) called Weather Location (or Weather ID) – this allows all of our non-United States inspectors to personalize their weather (please note: this is only relative to our inspectors who reside outside of the United States)
• Addresses an issues with expiring reports; this build should help any inspectors experiencing problems with expiring reports.
